Apple puree - what shall I make it into?

We have lots of pureed apple! Does anyone have a tasty recipe that needs lots of pureed apple?

I like to make an easy dessert for my DD using fruit puree, mashed up rusk (I use organix as it doesn't have any sugar in it) and cream. Then I warm it up a little and she loves it!

I'd make some little apple tarts, probably with a bit of fresh chopped apple for texture.
