Hi
I am thinking of making an ice-cream cake for my sons 4th birthday at the weekend. I want something quick and easy that I can store in the freezer as we are going away for a few days and won't have much time when we get back. He also loves ice-cream and thought it would be nice to have something different.
Just to clarify by ice-cream cake I mean a cake made from ice-cream rather than a cake shaped like an ice-cream.
Has anyone made one with success?
Does anyone have a good recipe?
