Could pasta picture have put him off??

DS is 3 years old and not a great eater but LOVED pasta, everyday I picked him up from pre-school he would ask "Am I having pasta for lunch today?" Regardless I would only give him pasta no more than twice a week. For the past month or so he has COMPLETELY gone off pasta!?! This coincides with him making a pasta picture at school and also a shaker out of pasta, could this have anything to do with it? Anybody have a similar experience? Any child psychologists out there who can explain the psychology behind this?

Nah, I reckon it's just one of those childhood whims.

I'm not a child psychologist though, just a parent of three supremely fussy eaters.
