How shall i do stuffed flat mushrooms?

Im having friends over sat, and was going to do stuffed flat mushrooms for starters. I want it to be easy but tasty, involving possibly garlic, maybe breadcrumbs, etc etc...any ideas please???

lean streaky smoked bacon
crushed garlic
splodge of single cream
breadcrumbs
mixed herbs if you like
goats cheese (cubed)
stalks from mushrooms

fry bacon and stalks, add crushed garlic

mix together breadcrumbs/herbs/

add bacon,stalks and garlic to the breadcrumbs

mix in some cream

put generous amount of the mixture into the flat mushrooms

add cubed goats cheese,pushing each cube into the mixture but leaving some exposed!

hope this makes sense by the way

cook in the oven for approx 20 mins

Put the cooked mushrroms on some watercress/rocket
half some cherry tomatoes and dot around the plate
serve with garlic or thick crusty bread if feeling generous
