We are off to a friend's for bbq in 45 mins! I've just made a flan with mascapone cheese and raspberries and strawberries on top sprinkled with flaked chocolate.
I've got some fruit left plus some meringue nests plus some toffee sauce stuff. Could I perhaps bundle that lot together to make a form of eton mess so i can go with two desserts???
