Pimms - quick question!

I've got a bottle of Pimms that I opened last summer - they're is half left. Can I still use it? It's been out of direct sunlight in my cupboard!

We had exactly the same last week and used it - it was fine - just jazzed it up with fruit and lemonade and my friend chucked in lots of vodka
