QUICK ...I have a food re-heating question

I am making chicken casserole and it will be ready at 7pm.
Im out til 7.30pm so dh will dish up for him and dcs and then I'll have mine when I get back.
Is it safe to re-heat it even when it will still be lukewarm?

As long as you make sure it gets really hot again, yes.

Yes, it'll be fine. Easiest would be just to leave it in the warm oven until you get back though

I read that as 'quack' and thought it would be about reheating duck.

You could keep yours warm on a low heat in the oven maybe.

Otherwise, just reheat till piping hot and it'll be fine.
