I personally prefer a spicy olive oil for dressings and cooking but I want to make hoummous and I think it will be better with a softer oil. I am doing my online shop so just want to buy something off the shelf - can anyone please recommend one? I normally buy Bertoli Extra Virgin for every day and I have a lovely spicy one I buy at a market for dressings.
