Does anyone know how to Make Your Own Baby Rice?

I have just run out of baby rice and there is no more on the island. Anyone know how to make it yourself? I have found one recipe that says to boil rice for 40 minutes. Waddilove says you boil rice then puree but no more detail than that. Next meal due at 10am tomorrow. Please help!

I used to just boil rice with more water for longer, like gooey rice. It gets quite soft. Puree it if you want but I never did. How old is baby?

do you have a blender? just blend the dry uncooked rice to dust and then cook it on the hob. (about 1 tablespoon rice to 3 table spoons water)
