What to do with soured cream?

I seem to have ended up with a tub of Soured Cream.

I have never used this before and have no idea what to do with it. I am certain that DH and the DC will try it, but, I will eat almost anything (Less meat the better though)

Has anyone got any ideas what I could do with it?

Have it on nachos, fajitas, chilli etc.

Or use it in baking.

Mix in some chives and have it on a jacket potato.

you can use it in place of other liquid in pastry, it's really yummy

mash it up with an advocado add some chopped tomato a squeeze of lime and a dash of tabasco and you have guacamole.

caaaaaaaaaaaaaake

Nigella's chocolate cake, more specifically, although its in zillions of cake/muffin recipes I've come across

its also very good with smoked fish:

as a spread on rye with smkd salmon or trout

in a loose pate with broken up smoked mackerel fillets, creamed horseradish, dill/parsley and lemon zest and juice, plus lots of black pepper
