Making a dinosaur
Part of the instructions require 1 of the cake to be doubled up so the cake shouldn't be too deep (I'm planning on using the 10 1/4 inch tin for this)
there seems to be a mad variety of maderias out there - obviously I want one that is dense as I've to cut it up and stick the bits here and there.
it's a child cake - do you think maderia's the way to go? He'd prefer chocolate!! But I don't want it to fall apart
