Help! Vegetarian family coming for bbq!

We have some friends coming tomorrow and we're going to have a bbq in the New Forest. They are all vegetarians, 2 adults & 2 children, so I need some simple BBQ ideas please that are more exciting than vegetable kebabs, but not complicated as we'll be cooking them in the middle of a forest.

Thanks!

baked mushrooms - wrapped in foil with cheese (brie or camembert are good)

Haluomi (sp?) cheese

Lots of different types of veg kebabs - different marinades work well.

YOu can always do vege burgers for the kids as well.

Halloumi cheese
Veg sausages
Tesco frozen Spicy Mexican Beanburgers are v nice and better than most veggie-burgers
Corn on the cob (best par boiled first - par boil and trasport in a plastic bag)
Big mushrooms marinaded in something tasty

These cauldron products are available in sainsbury's etc and are nice

stuffed courgette or tomatoes:
blend feta cheese with olive oil, garlic, herbs and stuff the veg. put on the grill in an alu dish until veg is soft (maybe pre cook in the oven)

Mmmmm! Thanks. Some lovely ideas there. DH doesn't like cheese so I'll be doing something with halloumi and feta as a treat (for me!)

Do not knock yourself out satisfying vegetarians at a BBQ. Sufficient that you have seasonal veg (courgettes) to put on the grill etc. Melted cheese. Plenty of substantial herby salad and dressing, cheese. Additionally go for what has been suggested, the meat substitutes(Cauldron)I bet they love it. Enough already! have a lovely time and I hope your guests are lovely
