I like them all, done some in the past (mincing meat, baking my own bread, creating pizza oven in my oven).
I am thinking of buildinf a flower pot smoker

ooh! That smoker is a fantastic idea!

Haven't used a sous vid majiga. And am veggy so haven't made mince...or kfc, though have done our own breaded fried mozzarella things a la tgi fridays, which i guess is the veggy equivalent (with home made louisianna hot sauce to dip them in...oh yeah!).
Only ever make bread, don't buy it. Nearly always have a brew on the go...currently ri-beer-na

Other slightly food geek stuff we've done...tomato ketchup, bbq sauce, honeycomb, mushroom foraging, other foraging, crisps, bonfire toffee, oven "sundried" toms, all manner of preserved stuff...am sure there's more i can't think of at the mo...

I love mushroom foraging - small kids are very useful then as the see them at a different angle ;)

aha! Will get mine trained up as soon as he's mobile! Have considered training the dog to hunt truffles but haven't found the time or energy. Have heard they are very common in the uk, just we don't really look for them

I would love to be able to find one
