can I make pasta without OO flour?

Am making fresh pasta for the first time tonight. Unfortunately forgot to put OO flour on the ocado order, and can't get it anywhere nearby. Very much looking forward to using my shiny new pasta machine (for my 40th birthday! {grin}).

We have eggs from our chickens, strong bread flour and plain flour. Has anyone either of these flours successfullY? I've found a variety of recipes on net specifying either of these or a mixture half and half.

Try the strong bread flour. I've tried making pasta with plain flour before and it comes out rather too 'fluffy' when cooked.
