Quickly - can I safely reheat left over chicken?

I have some chicken left over from yesterday and would like to make my ds a little roast dinner, can I reheat it and if so how? (my mum always said no!)

Food Standards agency say yes. They say store the cooked chicken in the fridge asap (within an hour or so) and reheat till it is pipiing hot all the way through. And then throw away what isn't eaten (ie dont reheat twice).

We'd have never had a dinner on Monday nights if you couldn't - Monday was leftovers from Sunday, which was often chicken. Have lived to tell the tale.

yes.... aslong as it was chilled relatively qquickly after the 1st cook, and heated through until piping hit again you can reheat it...

chuch any that you dont use this time tho
