We are about to go off on hols and I have 3 boxes of thses. Can you freeze them?

You could give them to me?!

Wash, dry and freeze. If you don't dry then ice crystals prick the skin and they're not so good when defrosted.

Funnily enough, MIL gave them to me (she knows I am going off) and she did exactly the same the last time we went away I don't even eat all that many blueberries, although they are very nice in yoghurt with almonds.

have you got a bottle of gin or vodka?

One pound of blueberries, one pint of gin/vodka, half a pound of caster sugar, toss all in a kilner-type jar and stick in your garage til Xmas. Shake the jar when you remember
