Help with forgotten freezer food

Having just posted this in Style and Beauty , perhaps this is a place more likely to get a response:

In a bid not to spend much at Tesco this week I'm determined to eat forgotten stuff from the freezer. Way back in the darkness I have found:

2 pheasant breast
1 pheasant (skinned)
1 single smoked haddock fillet
2 TINY pieces of some kind of white fish
3 lamb cutlets (left over from a BBQ)

Obviously I have been ignoring these for a while as I had no idea what to do with them! Can anyone suggest something yummy?

No clues as to what to do with pheasant!
The fish could be made into fishcakes with the addition of some onion and potatoes, and the lamb cutlets I will fight you for, marinate in a minty seasoning and grilled they will be mine and I will not share

It depends on how many you have to feed. How about fish pie with th fish (if you have potatoes and sauce ingredients - oh and something to bulk it out a bit like hard boiled eggs).

If you have potatoes, carrots and onions you could use the lamb in a hotpot.

I have no idea what to do with pheasant - sorry!

Nigella has a divine looking recipe for pheasant curry in Feast can post recipe if you like. Or just cook the trad way, pot roasting with a wine/stock mix and bacon and veggies to stop it drying out.

As said, use the white fish and smoked haddock for a fish pie.

Just have the lamb grilled or bbq'ed with garlic and rosemary.

Great freezer finds

Thanks all, the pheasant's been there a while (DP runs his own business and did a bit of barter with a client)
Like the idea of a pot roast, bit of wine/stock some veg, yum!
