Can I just had boiling water on it (like couscous) and wait for it to swell?
TIA

You usually heat it up with milk and a bit of sugar, and stir like crazy the whole time to stop it from sticking. Does the pack have quantities on it? I don't know them off-hand.

No quantities, it is very fine, I've used it to had to bread mix, but thought it could be good for baby weaning (used instead of pasta or couscous (as I don't have any at the mo) or to thicken soups

Ooh and then put some jam in it. Lovely. I haven't had semolina for years. Might have to introduce DD to it.
