Turkey breast recipes?

Can anyone share a recipe of what to do with turkey breasts?

Fajitas? (I use chicken but turkey would work)

you will need:

tortilla wrap breads
turkey breast
onions
red or yellow peppers
tomato salsa (bought or home made - chop up some tomatoes and red onions and parsley for a nice raw salsa)
sour cream or grated cheese
avocado (optional)
cayenne or chili pepper
lime or lemon juice

Chop and fry the turkey till semi cooked
Add in the chopped onions and peppers
Add seasoning (salt, cayenne/chilli pepper, lime/lemon juice)

Warm the wraps in microwave/on hot pan (if you can be bothered)

Take a wrap and pile in turkey and pepper mixture, tomato salsa, sour cream or grated cheese, bit of avocado. Wrap and eat.

Another option would be stir fry?

sorry, should of course say, carry on cooking the turkey/pepper mixture till fully cooked. (not trying to poison you honest)
