how many eggs?

there's a recipe on here for white choc and raspberry muffins which I'm about to make. it calls for 1 large egg but i only have medium. would i need to use 2 instead?

If they are beaten, you can beat two medium and then only use what you'd think one large is.

i think you whack all ingredients in a bowl, mix, put in muffin cases and bake. i guess semi beaten that could work, i'm guessing about 1 and half?

i would just use one, and maybe a splash of milk if it needed it (or a touch more oil in muffins). I'm tight and don't think there's that much difference between a medium and large egg. Esp when you consider flours vary in their capacity to absorbe liquid.
