We go shopping on friday so have done next weeks meal plan.
Ds very fussy (tends to stick to cheese salad for dinner) and eats early in evening (4.30pm ish and there is no way I am eating then) so only for me and dh. Means we tend to have some meals twice as easier to cook for 4 portions than 2.
Trying to empty freezer and cupboards at moment.
SO next week is
cottage pie with veg out of freezer (2 nights)
Pork loin from freezer with spicy marinade, potatoes and salad (1 night - leftovers for lunches)
Lemon spiced chicken, (2 nights - 1 with pasta and one with potatoes) plus freezer veg.
Bacon pasta bake (2 nights)
