Pork Casserole

I have some pork shoulder steaks and as I have a bad cold and am feeling rubbish, I really fancy making a pork casserole for tonight. Does anyone have any good recipes that are not too labour intensive?

I'd get some Bramley cooking apples peeled and sliced, fry off the chops with some onion until golden, layer it all up in a casserole dish, add a little stock with some wholegrain mustard and chopped sage, top it off with some thinly sliced potoes (parboiled if you can be bothered), dot with butter and bake in a slow oven for an hour or two..... take the lid off 20 mins from the end and turn up the heat so that the potatoes crisp up.
