Fish cake for me tea...

Got salmon fillets, tinned tuna, onions, potatoe, flour, eggs... can you tell me how to make a fine fish cake for me tea please? x

soften the onion and cook salmon then mix whatever is there together [I prefer soft mash potato and then don't need to waste use an egg. I add sweetcorn and or peas as well toss on flour seal on a pan or be lazy and bung in the oven.
I also add the potato a bit at a time to make sure it is not to much

Boil your potatoes, steam the salmon over the pan. Mash the potato but with no milk or butter at this stage. Flake the salmon and add in the potato bit by bit, also add softened onion maybe some herbs. Season and taste.

Allow the mixture to cool, if you have time shape into fishcakes then refrigerate. Dip the chilled patties into flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs. Fry gently until golden then place in a hot oven for approx ten mins.
