Tuna - what to do with it?

I did a cupboard clear out over the weekend and discovered 5 tins of tuna.

I don't like it by itself - ie just on a salad or jacket potato.

Any suggestions as to what I can use it for? Preferably low fat recipes.

Thanks

I mix tuna with mayo and make wraps for the children's lunches. Tuna mayo is also good on cold pasta. Chopped spring onions or peppers are nice mixed in as well. I don't like it hot really so can't give any fab recipes, sorry.

Packet of lemon-coriander couscous, cup of steamed mixed veggies, handful of pumpkin seeds, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and olive oil; lovely quick lunch. Add any fresh herbs and a bit of harissa if you wish.

Rollmops - that sounds perfect. I'll give it a try for lunch, thanks
