Anyone tried Cool Cook Flexible 'Silicone' Baking Moulds like those supplied by Paton Calvert - www.patoncalvert.co.uk/brandDisplay.asp?idxBrand=41

If yes what do you think?

Either way what is your "miracle" type bakeware item - i.e. the one piece of kit which you can always trust and always works really well and fills you with confidence?

If not bakeware any kitchen implement which has consistently exceeded your expections, I would love to hear about! thanks

I have tried silicone baking moulds and thought they were crappety crap - if you leave the cake to cool down in it it goes all sweaty! Went back to the old fashioned type quite quickly.

Hmmm. Would I be being unduly sceptical to ask if this is some kind of marketing research on the cheap? Can't see you posting on any other threads (or anywhere actually) under that username.....

sceptic I think, I recognise username

I love my £15 electric whisk
My palette knife
My cheap food processor
My very heavy good quality muffin tin
" " " " " " " Mermaid roasting tins
My Pampered Chef pizza stone

in fact, the really simple old stuff.
