Not a flounce as such, just wanted to say bye bye rather than disappear.

I don't want to make this a cheese fest but you are all wonderful, funny, witty and caring people. Thankyou so so so so much or all the help and support over the years, I may not have acted upon you best advice but it still sits with me. And a special {{hug}} for SmileysPeople if you ever see this. I am still about on facebook from time to time

I will probably make a tit of myself and be back in hours a while, but it won't be as LoW.

Just abit all over the place - too depressed to be much 'fun', too self conscious to start another depressed thread, just finding myself posting just... waffle. And I was thinking last night "Err... why?" . Nothing specific just ... dunno. Just. Need that confused smiley.

I think a break can do you good. I had a 6 month plus break and came back with a new name.

don't feel self conscious. there are some experienced mnetters around with some good advice and support for those feeling depressed.
i was very down 6 months ago and got some good advice and life has really change for me and things are looking much more positive.

although i suspect being glued to the pc all day doesn't help. so find the balance and you'll feel alot better.
