I have to go, spend far far too much time here sometimes posting, more times lurking and the main reason is to switch off at the end of the day (or lunch time, or a quick break at work).
Trouble is, I don't need help to switch off, I need to switch on so I'm putting it in writing here to help me bugger off and stay away.
