I name changed to see if it made a difference, but really this is not the place for me. There is so much bullying, so much nastiness, and whilst there are some lovely posters and wonderful threads, its just feels wrong.

I absolutely dont fit in to the mumsnet mold, and any deviation from the proscribed mumsnet opinions and lifestyle is not very well tolerated.

I just don't post on the threads where I think people are spouting shite. I find that works. I also try not to get too involved in controversial discussions as I'm quite opinionated and would probably be shot down in flames.

I've had some great advice on here though. It's not all bad.

I second that sometimes its good to take a break and put it in perspetive. Its just a chat room not real life.

Hide AIBU and float happily on the cloud of serenity that comes with it. Either that or only click on AIBUs started by Chaos.
