Help me stock my tank

Please...?

I have a 160l aquarium, it's all cycled and ready to go. It has a lonely little plec in it at the moment.

What shall I get? I'm thinking gourami's, although I haven't kept these before, can you recommend a nice colourful trio I could get? What should I get to go with them?

I took him from a friend who was getting rid of her set up, I have had him over a year and she had him around a year aswell.

Is this him? If not, can you find him on here? Have a look on the right, there is a box with the top five genera, rather than just randomly looking at the long list (1192 species!!). Sometimes a juvenile can look very different to an adult.
