Fast moving and v involving - I thought it was good.

Was it very violent? I'd like to go see this today but I'm not good with graphic violence. I can cope with shooting, but anything bloody or gory or graphic I cannot do at all.
I've heard good things about the film, but dont' want to have to leave half way feeling sick. For example, I watch 24 with my finger on the ffwd button!
