Princess and the for suitable for 5 year old boys????

or do i have to reside to taking him to the chipmonks? I really,really want to go but ds isn't so keen as he thinks its a girly film! Do you think it has something for boys too?Its like times like this i wish i had a girl lol.

disney shit versus chipmunks?

Oh god I thought the chipmunks 2 was DIRE and most of it went way over my 4.5yo DD's head - it just goes on and on and by the end all the children we were with were so restless!

In contrast, The Princess and the Frog is utterly wonderful and I wouldn't say it is overly girly at all - much of it is set in the animal world, so there is less waltzing around in pink dresses than in other Disney films! There are some fab characters like a trumpet playing alligator, great songs and lots of very funny bits.

Have seen both. P & F wipes the floor with Chipmunks, I thought (and so did both my boys) that Chipmunks was awful.

We LOVED Princess and Frog.
