Am I better off just doing 2d or should I risk doing 3d with dd aged 6?

Personally I think six is too young to see the film, 2D or 3D.

Neither - it's a violent film (well, it's ok til the last 30 mins) and I wouldn't take my 6 year old to see it (or my 8 year old ).

REally? Thank you. What else is on that is good for this age?

The Princess and the Frog has just been released I think. My kids saw Alvin and the Chipmunks 2 today - although thankfully not with me Wouldn't want to wish that one on an adult

Yes, I sat through alvin and chipmunks sequel. It actually wasn't as bad as I thought. I've seen that princess and the pea is out next week too so I'll work on persuading her we'll do something else tomorrow!

Avatar I would think too old for a 6 year old.

There's not a lot on for children at the moment though.

There are some advance Astroboy screenings on aroudn though
