Cars - UK version?

I have heard that there is a version of Cars that has UK actors doing the voices in it - is that right? Does anyone know which actors?

Only the voice of McQueens agent, Harve as far as I am aware. It is Jeremy Clarkson instead of Jeremy Piven.

It's Clarkson in our copy (and I've seen it 5 million times now, so I should know...)

Wierdly, if you put the subtitles up, you can see that Clarkson goes way off the track with his lines, several times. Wonder what that was about?
