oh my god....what a beautyful movie! I have cried and laughed.....I NEVER EXPECTED it to be that good!
it just was on on sky premiere, btw.

nickchick, I htink, if you read the book first you will almost always be disapointed with the movie version....well, ime anyway

and that pubsinger was rather dashing

Loved the book, hated the film. Love Gerard Butler........hated his Irish accent, i thought Hilary Swank was wooden too!! The film was FAR too different to the book!!!!

godi loved it-watched it by myself and i actually thought the neighbours were going to have me sectioned-i sobbed and howled the whole way through

Haven't read the book and won't be bothering after watching the film. Didn't watch it all the way through - couldn't stand any more.

Dont let the crappy film put you off reading the book,,,,,,,,,the book is 500% percent than the film!!
