Not seen it but a pal wants to bring it to a Halloween p[arty tomorrow- IS it suitable for 7-11 yr olds to watch? IS it Halloweeney enough? Or should I stick to Curse of the Wererabbit?

It's a bit long-winded and hard to grasp, IIRC. No experience of seeing it with kids, but I was bored and confused. I usually love kids' films though tbh I don't think it is aimed at kids.

Were-rabbit much better IMO

Yes go for were-rabbit

my dcs all LOVE nightmare before xmas we have the CD and play the songs in the lead up to halloween - no nightmares at all with us.

I think it's great. Didn't scare my children - 5, 9 and 11. They were more horribly fascinated.
Mind you they also like Corpse Bride. They are odd children maybe.
