What a fun romp that was!

The role was absolutely made for Richard E Grant. If you like him, you'll love this. Clare Foy was wonderful as well.

A total piss take of 1700's costume drama. Lavish sets and costumes. Loads of black comedy laughs, while making some serious points about life in those times.

Bawdy humour warning. One of the best lines, taken in its context, "your cock is inside my wife!".

Great. I’m organising a little trip out with my friends. Looking forward to it. The last one we went to see together completely unexpectedly traumatised us so this looks excellent.

It is black, grotesque, and gorgeous to look at.

Not for everyone but I thought it was well worth going to see.

Loved it - a Hogarthian romp with gorgeous sets and costumes.

Trigger warning, lots of gutting of dead animals in the cooking scenes.
