Is it not worth having one here in the actual Films section? From what I can remember of previous film awards threads over on the TV board, barely any of the posters there had actually seen the films.

Totally agree about Jonathan Ross, but it was Mariella Frostrup who really ruined the coverage for me last year. I do hope she's fucked off, although it being ITV my expectations are on the floor regardless.

I haven't seen the films though and I'm watching to be entertained 😅

Well I've seen fewer of the Best Picture nominees this year than any other year (only three out of the ten), but if you want to be entertained you may be disappointed.

I realise there's a lot of waiting around and they have to fill the gaps with something, but last years' coverage was close to painful and I almost gave up and switched it off. I wish the BBC would pick it up.
