Yes, bleak and thrilling. A very unsettling combination.

The other reason for the ending / non-ending (however you want to see it) is of course to emphasise that this is where we are right now, in real life, and how it ends is up to us.

Just watched and thought it was excellent. A thought provoking ending.

I actually gasped at that scene, didn't see it coming...

Was absolutely loving it until the ending. I have no idea how you would have ended it differently though! Very tense and gripping. Brilliant performances!
