An animated film about a couple who shelter a Jewish baby thrown from a train into a snowy winter in Poland, during the Holocaust. I went to a screening followed by a Q+A from Michel Hazanavicius, director well known for The Artist. This is his first animated film, telling a story he felt could not be done by live action, especially when there are scenes of those being transported to Auschwitz in cattle wagons.
Well worth watching, those who helped Jewish people escape death, known as the Righteous of the Nations, should be remembered.
