If anyone has been to see it, what did you think?
I have yet to read one bad thing or one bad review about it, is it as good as the hype?

Really enjoyed it. It's very well done, funny, moving, and entertaining. When I first saw the trailer i didnt think I could get past the chimp idea but, weirdly, it works and you mostly stop thinking about it. If you grew up in the 90s/early 00s then even without being a huge fan you know a fair bit of the story and recognise the other characters of the time which is amusing. I can see the similarities with the greatest showman although the themes are quite different. I liked it enough that I would definitely watch it again when it's out on streaming.

It wasn't quite as good as I'd hoped but it's one of the rare films that held my attention all the way through without getting bored for a second. The chimp has all the Robbie mannerisms! It's a hard watch in parts & quite emotional. My friend was in floods of tears because it has lots of depression/drugs/suicide themes

I really enjoyed it, and like pp said, remember the stuff happening - his relationship with Nicole (what an awesome singer Olivia from Home and Away was as Nicole) and the baby etc and all that. It's just really sad. So much "opportunity" and he never truly felt happy. Too much too soon too little support too much freedom too much money.

I didn't see her singing in the film though I did nip to the loo just after they met in the film so might have missed

Went to see the film at the weekend. OMG absolutely brilliant, best film I have seen in a long time. Loved every minute of it and thinking about going to see it again.
I have fallen back in love with Robbie Williams, I knew he had his demons but I had no idea of the extent.
A cinematic masterpiece in my opinion.
