Well it wasn’t ! I was expecting g to be bored witless but it was watchable.

The ‘kids’ enjoyed it

I didn't mind it - I've sat through worse.

I didn't think it was ever going to end!

Not as good as the first Sonic imo, but the kids loved it and said it was the best yet. It was very long though!

I dodged the bullet and sent DP with our Sonic fan.
DP reviewed it; "didn't fall asleep and I laughed occasionally"
DS gave it a standing ovation at the credits (something about a metal Sonic???)

It was very very silly.
I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. My favourite part was when they did the dance through the lasers 😂
The end credits reveal got a massive cheer and claps.

It was a lot of fun! My DH didn't fall asleep and laughed quite a few times - both 6 and 8yr old thought it was "epic"

I thought it was better than Wicked. We all enjoyed it. DH said DS6 face lit up and he did the shocked hand face at one point. I'm gutted I missed him doing that! He is now totally obsessed with Shadow.

I thought it was fairly enjoyable nonsense. DS (6) was sobbing for the last 5-10 minutes though because he was worried about the fate of some characters. I told him I was sure it would turn out in the end that they were fine, but he was so upset!

We saw Shadow the Hedgehog's foot at the end. Possibly not d e a d .......

We did @Needmorelego but he started sobbing when they were talking about the characters sacrificing themselves a good 5-10 mins before the credits. I whispered to him that I was sure they would be OK as I was expecting something like that either at the end or in the credits but it was hard to calm him down. He wasn't scared at all in the film but he's very attached to all the characters!

It looks like things are a bit more ambiguous with the other character who was not shown, depending on whether the actor wants to do another of these films or not... Hopefully he'll be back too.
