I really want a romance film where they actually get together!
I love a trashy romance but they are so beige. Just watched This time next year on Netflix, which was suitably trashy but I really wanted them to just get together, instead they have an overwhelming kiss and the film finished. Like, I don’t necessarily want to see them having sex, just know that they are.
Any recommendations for me to live vicariously?!

Go and watch My Old Ass. It’s the worst name ever for a film, it sounds like some horrible viral marketing campaign. As far as good romances go, it’s probably one of the best ones I’ve seen.

I’m a massive film weeper and sucker for a romantic plot line. Your experience may not be mine however ;)

If really made me think of classics from my teen years like Benny and Joon.

Edited for correct spelling …

I don't know if this counts as romantic but I rewatched Mr and Mrs Smith recently and it is very sexy! Clear that they were a couple in real life at the time

The Holiday
You've got mail is a good shout.
Sleepless in Seattle is a good Tom Hanks oldie too

The Proposal. It's on iplayer at the moment.

One other one that's a sweet film is The Magic of Belle Isle. Not exactly a romance, but a lovely little film nonetheless. Amazon Prime I think.

Oh, I have a favorite romantic series - it`s Bridgertonies from Netflix. Each season tells a new love story... The characters are incredible, the atmosphere of the series is wonderful. I advice everyone tj watch it!
