I need crap films to watch

I'm going through a stressful time and need some cotton candy for the mind.
I'm watching red white and royal blue as recommended on here.
Any other fluff films, shame it's not Christmas film season!

I watched ‘Like Father’ on Netflix the other day. I liked it.

Clueless is available on channel 4 on demand... Such a great fluff film, with added retro bonus being 90's... and it's based on Jane Austen pride and prejudice so you can tell yourself it's high culture really. 🤣

By 'crap' what do you mean? Romantic Comedies or B movies?

Clueless is a good shout, haven't watched it for years!

By crap I mean anything easy watching, not a farce and with a happy ending.

I recently rewatched Amanda Bynes' Sydney White. A bunch of her films would fall into this category of light and kind of fun.

This film is so so so fantastic for the mood you're in... Just utterly brilliant, so well cast

Princess Bride. Mamma Mia, The Bridget Jones franchise. St Elmos Fire, Breakfast Club, old Alfred Hitchcocks like To Catch a Thief and Rear Window-just wonderful.

Or feel good telly like The Durrells or Call the midwife for a binge.

Agreed! Palm Springs is on Amazon prime. It's a bit weird in the beginning but it's just what you're looking for!

I watched Happy Gilmore and that had a few laughs and a happy ending. Adam Sandler was in it.

Under a Tuscan Sun is my go to. Beautiful scenery, unlikely plot plus the happy ending. Enjoy.

On Netflix, Set It Up, The Other Woman and I like The Intern as well.
