Omg so brilliant. I love the whole Shymalon vibe and this was on form. Sully, funny, tense. I kept thinking how boring it would be if done as a straight forward action film.

I really enjoyed the first hour, but thought it got a bit ridiculous after that.

I was expecting that though, The Visit was daft but engaging.

I liked there was no twist cause some of his have been a bit hmmmm really. Didn't realise the singer was the writer and directors daughter.

It was daft and the police were useless and the ending bit silly but fun daft. My friend was getting annoyed at how many people were in the foyer in the middle of a concert

Went last night, it was awful - but we both enjoyed it!

And when does a concert have two intervals?

And when do they start in the daytime?

And why was there no security fencing around the trap door thing that popped up in the aisle? Anyone dancing about could have tripped and fallen in 😆

He basically wrote a film for his daughter to star in.

It started well but descended into rubbish, as most Shyamalan films do. What was the point? Really enjoyed the first half hour then boom. Dreadful.

I liked it lol!

The singer wasn’t a good actress, although I liked her character.
Apart from cringing at her performances I enjoyed the film.

Can't answer 2 and 3, but Taylor Swift concerts definitely started in the daytime!

I just watched this, love M.nights earlier stuff and I actually really The visit which was mentioned by a pp.
I thought it was good, typical M.night daftness but I enjoyed it.
I too was thinking that now way would there be that many people walking around the foyer during a concert.
I actually didn't recognise josh hartnett for a while but thought he was really good in it.

I just watched this but didn't want to start a new thread; if you can bear a movie centred around a pop concert it's watchable!

As pp couldn't understand why there were so many people milling around during the concert. It isn't gory and there's more shown of the Butcher's relationship with his daughter than his crimes which makes him seem less scary.

So I'm glad I watched it but as a one off.
