Harriet (2019)

I am going to watch this is a few weeks. Wondered if anyone else has seen it (maybe when it came out?)? And what MNers thought of it?

It looks good. Based on the true story of Harriet Tubman and her work with the Underground Railroad

I saw it back then. The two leads are excellent and I did enjoy it. However, it focuses a great deal on the supernatural and I suspect if you know a lot about Harriet Tubman (I didn't) then that may bother you.

I watched it last night and I see what you mean @CrossPurposes. I think that although she did see visions, etc, due to her head injury, I suspect they made much more out of it. Her expoits were incredible anyway. I really enjoyed it and am surprised I didn't know anything about her. What an amazing woman.
