Anyone who's got prime...
Corpse Bride
The Witches (the original)
Jumanji (the original)

For example if I pay for prime, can I watch these films?
Or would I still have to pay extra to watch these films even if I had Prime?

None of those are streaming for free on Prime at the moment. All need to be paid extra to watch.

purpleme12 · 20/05/2024 17:08

Ok thanks I wasn't sure cos I don't have it
Thought if they were I might have started paying again!

Pay individually for each.

purpleme12 · 20/05/2024 17:10

Thanks

Perhaps there's more films on Prime that you have to pay extra for than I realised

You can rent or buy thousands of films on Prime. The cost anything from £1 up to about £6.
Movies included with Prime change every month or so. There are usually about 100 films available to watch for free on Prime.

Ok so there's hope of films being put on prime then theyy aren't on there now

Yes there is hope! Because the selection of films changes like a pp said. Often it's old films they bring back too.

Tim Burton's Corpse Bride is currently on the ITV plus app (free). The original Jumanji is on Sky Cinema, so Now Cinema too.

The Witches is not currently available unless you pay extra for it on Prime. This could change.

There is a great little app called Just Watch where you can search for films and shows, and it tells you where you can find them to stream.

Sorry I misread. I thought you said 'no hope'.

Pemba · 20/05/2024 17:35

Oh, also you don't have to be a Prime member to buy or rent individual films/shows on Amazon. A lot of people don't realise that.

purpleme12 · 20/05/2024 20:55

Thanks downloaded the app

Although it doesn't say Corpse Bride is on itv so I wouldn't have known that from the app!

Yes I noticed that! It's pretty accurate but not 100%. Seems to often miss out ITV X.

I don’t know if you’re aware you have to pay extra for no ads? Personally I think the film selection on Netflix is better value, and the TV shows.
