Just been to see it. It was a lot of fun. Did have a ask my DD(teenager) to explain a few things.

I thought it was great. Clearly a lot of 'in jokes' that went over my head but that didn't matter. It was fun.

Also I forgot to stay until the very end and missed the post credit screen. As a marvel film buff i should know better. Have since watched on YouTube.
My DD also keeps quoting the star in the cage. It was her favourite part.

I loved it and the music was very good too, highly recommended. Princess Peach is a bit of an inspiration

I watched it today with my kids and thought it was brilliant. My kids loved it too.
Only criticism was the missed opportunity to use the rainbow road music.

Have you seen the Jack Black music video for the song Peaches? It is the best thing I have seen in ages. I love him. I’ve introduced my son to Tenacious D off the back of it.

There's a SNL (Saturday Night Live) spoof trailer for a (not real) Mario Kart film - absolutely hilarious.

The actual movie was thoroughly average

We all really enjoyed it and had great fun spotting references. You'd really need to be a fan though!
