An enjoyable film that’s better than most of Marvel’s latest offering imo in that it’s fun, has a sense of humour and doesn’t take itself too seriously.

I agree, it was loads better than I expected.
I thought it was going to be cringe, but I really enjoyed it.
Definitely didn’t take its self seriously. Hugh Grant was great. And I loved the way

Regé-Jean Page walked in. How he kept a straight face.

Watched it today. Good fun, really entertaining, enjoyed it a lot! This is pretty much what I expected it to be (after having seen the trailer a couple of months ago), and I wasn't disappointed!

Went to see this earlier in the week, great film! Not something I'd normally watch but I was pleasantly surprised.

Absolutely brilliant. Filled with love for its source material.

I liked the bit with the brain monsters :)

ISaySteadyOn · 16/04/2023 22:58

Yes! Well, that was a bit hurtful.

Is this a good movie for someone who has absolutely no idea what d&d is or about?!

CMOTDibbler · 23/05/2023 15:31

DH and ds love D&D, I don't. And it was still way, way better than I thought it would be for me, and I really enjoyed it
