Anyone seen it? I enjoyed it far more than most of the drivel that M. Knight Shyamalan has made.

I did kind of want it to go in a different direction than it did though!

No its worth going to see then?

It depends - it's more of a low-budget horror than a cerebral thriller so depends if that's your thing. It cost me nothing as I have Odeon Limitless but I wouldn't spnd say £12 a ticket on it.

I’ve read the book it’s based on (The Cabin at the End of the World by Paul Tremblay). Didn’t love the ending, felt a bit cheated. I’m half interested in the film because I like Dave Bautista and Ben Aldridge.

Once it got going quite enjoyed it..thought was going to drag but actually interesting and the planes urgh...and what do you do in that situation?

I think I'd continue to refuse! Obviously very selfish, but I'm not sure I could make myself believe enough to co-operate.

I read in a review that the film ending differs from the book ending.

I watched this on a long flight yesterday. I loved it and keep thinking about it. Never heard of Dave Bautista but he was brilliant.

I gather the ending differs from the book, so I might have to read the book now.

I loved this film so much as it was so unexpected the way the film turns out. It starts out as a "home invasion" but you soon realise it's absolutely not that. I loved the message of the film and it's ending had me choked and I often find myself thinking about the film. I thoroughly recommend it. It's definitely NOT a horror film.
