I'm quite confused by this film, maybe because I'm a Brit. As far as I could see, the midwife did nothing wrong? Yes, in a perfect world she would have called the ambulance sooner but what might they realistically have done? They were basically there as soon as the baby was in distress so it would have been the same either way?
I know in the end it is suggested that the midwife is cleared after the mums acknowledgement that she didn't do anything wrong but until that point I was so bewildered. Anyone else?
